My journey as a lecturer in National Open University of Nigeria is a fulfilling path marked by continuous learning, teaching, and carrying out research. It started with acquiring expertise in a science education by acquiring advanced education, master’s and doctoral degree. As a lecturer, my primary focus is to educate and inspire students, by designing engaging lectures, leading discussions, and mentoring them academically and professionally. Beyond teaching, I often contribute to their field through research, publishing scholarly articles, and presenting at conferences. I collaborate with colleagues in and outside my department, staying updated with advancements, and balancing administrative duties are also key aspects. Lecturing job offers me personal and professional growth, create a meaningful impact on my students and the broader academic community.
