Edwin Okpa Bassey Holds B.sc (Ed) political Science, MPA, M.Ed and Ph.D in Educational Psychology from Universities of Uyo and Calabar respectively. I started lecturing at the Cross River State College of Education Akampka where i rosed to the rank of Chief Lecturer in 2016.I was at various time Head, Sub dean and Dean at the School of Education and well as member of Governing council of the college. I transferred my service to the NOUN as senior lecturer and got promoted to my present rank in 1st January 2023. i was made centre director for Ikom Study Centre in 2018 and presently the centre director for Uyo study Centre
